It is recommended to test your device and pendants monthly to ensure they are working properly.
Gather any/all buttons to be tested:
- Be within range of the base device.
- Press the transmitter button firmly and release. The device will announce “Call in progress.”
- To test the base device, press the red emergency call button.
- This will connect the device to Stella,
- The device will connect to Stella, the automated voice assistant. At this time, confirm with the automated voice assistant that you are okay and do not need help
- If a live operator responds, inform the operator you are “just testing” and no help is needed.
